Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com is of the view that one can sell Colgate Palmolive .
Sukhani told CNBC-TV18, "I would sell Colgate. It is now suggesting a major distribution pattern in the offing like most other fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) stocks. It is not going to crack today but the idea is that one should be selling it. One should not look to buy it any more. The patterns could work out much lower on the downside; probably go below Rs 1,000 also." The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 29.60 per share. (Mar, 2012). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 39.42. The latest book value of the company is Rs 32.02 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 36.44. The dividend yield of the company was 2.14%. Disclosure: I have no personal holding in the above stock.
