Shahina Mukadam Of IDBI Capital Market is of the view that at a valuation of around 20 times one year forward earnings Adlabs remains pretty attractive and one should remain invested in it.

Mukadam told CNBC-TV18, "In Adlabs, it is difficult to say exactly what sort of value we should put on the radio business as of now. Simply because its not really made its full investments and neither is it turning any revenue atleast substantial revenue. At the same time the existing business of Adlabs remains very positive, they are doing well across the board, distribution business, they have got some very aggressive film production programme ahead which is planned over the next 2-3 years, I would say it's changed over what they have been doing over the last couple of years. So I think all in all at a valuation of around 20 times one year forward earnings the stock remains pretty attractive and one should remain invested in the sector and the stock."
