Shahina Mukadam , IDBI Capital Market is of the view that Ranbaxy is going to be multi-bagger stock.

Mukadam told CNBC-TV18, "Ranbaxy's numbers were very much in line to just what we had expected. The management has met whatever they had set out to do in the beginning of the year. I am pretty positive on the prospects of the company going forward. They have guided again 20% growth in profitability with a 17-18% topline growth, which is pretty healthy. They have also been talking about some good income coming from the settlement of a patent challenge."

She further added, "I remain positive on the stock going forward from here for a little longer term, 2-3 year prospective, where they have big product, which was atorvastatin, generic on which they have some bit of exclusivity and I think that is going to be a real blockbuster for the company. I would be buying this stock on every dips for the next 2-3 years and I think it's going to be a multi-bagger stock."
