Prefer Idea to Aishwarya Telecom: Mukadam
Shahina Mukadam, IDBI Capital Market is of the view that one can prefer Idea Cellular to Aishwarya Telecom. One shouldn't get into Aishwarya Telecom even at the current levels though of course it has come up by 30% in the last couple of weeks but it’s a very small minor manufacturer of telecom equipment.
Mukadam told CNBC-TV18, "I don't think one should get into Aishwarya Telecom even at the current levels though of course it has come up by 30% in the last couple of weeks but it's a very small minor manufacturer of telecom equipment. Basically testers and valuations even at current levels are pretty rich because they don't have too much of a niche and they could have a lot of competition of one organized sector. So I would prefer investing in a company like Idea or some of the leaders, which of course in a bounce back in the market in the next couple of months should give decent returns."
