Prefer BGR Energy , Thermax over BHEL , says SP Tulsian, sptulsian.com.

Tulsian told CNBC-TV18, "The kind of run ups we have seen in BHEL, I don't think that you have the further room to go up. You suddenly do not know when the auction process or maybe the disinvestment announcements comes from the government and that can make it again correct for the stock. So probably I will be taking a cautious view but yes, maintaining my positive view on the capital goods. The kind of other stocks available in this space like L&T, BGR Energy, Thermax or Cummins, I will probably be comfortable taking a call on those stocks rather than BHEL."

He further added, "I don't think that one can really take a call on any of these infra stocks mainly from a result point of view whether you talk of GMR, GVK, Lanco, IVRCL or Suzlon , but the kind of expectations which we have from all these companies going forwards and secondly the kind of shorts which we have seen having created on all these stocks were the two main reasons which has made the stock to move to about 30-50%. So I don't think that results will really be that great and yes, maybe post-results we may see some profit booking and the mild weakness coming in into these stocks."

"Earnings have been good and in fact REC and PFC both move together. But as I discussed earlier also that we have not seen the rally sustainable in both these twins. The worst part is that suddenly we see weakness coming in either, which is purely because of technical reason. So definitely the results have been good but I will be keeping my cautious view, maybe it can move up on Friday and Monday but thereafter again the weakness may seen coming back into REC and PFC both."
