Pfizer has target of Rs 1175, says Rajesh Jain, Independent Market Strategist.


Jain told CNBC-TV18, "Pfizer is expected to reap the benefits of its investments in sales and distribution over the last  several quarters and the quarterly results for Q4 CY10 have revealed exactly that. Going forward, I expect the stock to  give an EPS of close to Rs 70 on an annualized basis and the target for the year would be Rs 1,400. My base target  would be Rs 1,175."


The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 48.59 per share. (Aug, 2010). The stock's price-to-earnings  (P/E) ratio was 23.12. The latest book value of the company is Rs 333.20 per share. At current value, the price-to-book  value of the company was 3.37. The dividend yield of the company was 1.11%.
