Bose told CNBC-TV18, " Divis and Dishman are the two stocks, which have been posting new highs, and they are showing considerable relative strength vis-à-vis other stocks in the sector. Nicholas Piramal yesterday has given a breakout and chances are we would see Nicholas going into something like Rs 325, there is a likelihood of it reaching those levels. Divi's above Rs 5350, I would look at another 100 points on the upside. Dishman Pharma also, since it is showing relative strength it can also park up considerably."
He further added, "I have checked up the Pharma sector yesterday, most of the stocks are showing good amount of buying and chances are that we would see some kind of a short term upswing in Pharma stocks irrespective of whether it is Ranbaxy or Divi's. Divi's has got the maximum strength whereas Ranbaxy and Reddy are not showing as much strength earlier. Even multinational companies like Aventis Pharma which otherwise doesn't show much of a potential seems to be parking up, seems to be showing some reversal signals."
