Mahindra & Mahindra and Central Bank are our top picks, says Jitendra Panda, Sr VP Business Associates Group at Motilal Oswal Securities.

Panda told CNBC-TV18, "If you see last January buying also happened in M&M along with increase in open interest, so lot of long position have been build that's what yesterday also we saw, today also I see certain build-up happening. So those are the stocks where the fundamentals are clear but the numbers or the business, the revenues clarity is there, there is lot of demand, there is lot of pipeline and I believe those stocks will certainly do well."

He further added, "Mahindra & Mahindra and Central Bank certainly are our top picks and I would watch that. If you look for fresh position, do this bargain hunting here in this sector where you will make - the margin of safety is high and the chance of making money will be much higher."
