Maruti Suzuki looks good in auto space: Bhat

Bhat told CNBC-TV18, “On a pick and choose basis I think Maruti Suzuki, which still looks pretty interesting from the current levels amongst the auto pack. “

He further added, “At these slightly lower levels I would still root for both Hero Motors as well as for Bajaj Auto . More so for Bajaj Auto immediately because they have exports which are really going to give them a good support in its overall growth numbers. So I think from hereon both Hero Motors as well as Bajaj Auto will be worth watching. Maybe they can give a reasonably good return from the current level, they have got all the valuation parameters in their favor whether you call it the free cash flow or whether the ROE is being so high, so I think it certainly merits the look particularly at these falling levels.”
