Technical Analyst, Ashwani Gujral is of the view that Tata Motor is still seems to be making fresh intermediate highs. Maruti Suzuki has resistance around Rs 1,700-1,720 levels.

Gujral told CNBC-TV18, "The auto stocks are at the higher end of their ranges; Rs 1,750 to about Rs 1,800 is the higher end for Hero Honda, Maruti Suzuki rallies from Rs 1,450 again tends to find resistance around Rs 1,700-1,720 kind of levels. So, both these passenger cars you would probably trade them in 300-400 point ranges. But one could remain bullish on Tata Motor’s which still seems to be making fresh intermediate highs.”
