Technical Analyst, Sudarshan Sukhani is of the view that Mahindra Gesco is an underperformer. Sukhani told CNBC-TV18, "Mahindra Gesco went up with all the refinery stocks, it fell down with them but then they did not participate in the next ongoing rally. So I would call that as an underperformer, so while there is some movement, it is going up, there are a lot many stocks, which could be in that sector which are probably better to look at."
