Ambareesh Baliga of Karvy Stock Broking is of the view that ITC should give much greater returns than HLL in the next two-year.

Baliga told CNBC-TV18, "ITC and HLL, both these stocks we like quite a lot. I think you will see a decent growth for both in the next one and half-two years. ITC will grow much faster than HLL and at the same time the downside from these levels, even the market comes down, possibly for ITC, is just about Rs 10-12 from here and as far as Lever is concerned I think it will be around Rs 10-15."

He further added, "Again in the shorter run Lever will take Lever faster move than ITC because of some short term triggers like today about the tie up with the grocery stores. But if a person is looking at two-year play then ITC should give much greater returns than Lever."
