Shah told CNBC-Awaaz, "Investors should invest in realty stocks. The investment in these stocks is looking safe and positive."

He further added, "One can invest in Godrej Property , Mahindra Lifespace and HDIL . These stocks can give effective return in next 2-2.5 year's time."
