Shubham Agarwal of Motilal Oswal Securities is of the view that infrastructure is looking weak on the sector rotational chart.

Agarwal told CNBC-TV18, “If you look at the sector rotation then smallcaps and midcaps in this consolidation have been doing well and these stocks can continue to do well till we did not breach below the range of Rs 50-60. So even if you take a span of 1-2 days then there can be huge standard error, which can happen in the trade."

He futher added, "So what we are looking for is that once we have a sell confirmation on the Nifty then we might first move with the largecaps and then gradually we might move to midcaps also but Lanco Infratech specific the stock has been quite volatile in the recent times. So we would not like to touch that but overall the sector realty, infrastructure is looking weak on the sector rotational chart. So any shorting opportunity on pullback is there.”
