Infra space may do well over next 18-24 months, says Shardul Kulkarni, Sr. Technical Analyst, Angel Broking

Kulkarni told CNBC-TV18, "Investment ideas based on technicals is quite difficult but I still would like to say that we like stocks like Escorts . I am personally quite bullish on Lanco Infratech . The stock is expected to give decent returns going forward. The entire infrastructure space wherein people have lost faith, they continue to loose faith as the stocks collapse day by day. The particular space may do well over the next 18-24 months. But you need to have time on your side, you need to be very patient. If you have those qualities then yes you can go long in these counters."

He further added, "I would be extremely bullish on Hindustan Unilever . The stock has given a multi year breakout and 11 year consolidation breakout is definitely a strong breakout. The only thing is that the stock is expected to move lower a little bit over the next four trading sessions, probably Rs 25-30 lower. The stock is an excellent buy, if you have a timeframe of 12 months. I think the stock has a lot of potential going forward."
