Sharmila Joshi of Asit C Mehta is of the view that one can hold on Phoenix Lamp .

Joshi told CNBC-TV18, "The overall outlook of Phoenix Lamp, which is in the business of making automotive lamps as well as compact florescent lamps both the businesses are doing well. The auto numbers speaks for themselves and the immense kind of growth that we are seeing whether it is four wheelers, two wheelers, and commercial vehicles so that space is doing well."

She further added, "The compact florescent lamp space is also catching up fast of course there is increased competition in that lot of people are putting up plants but the kind of margins that one is getting in the business at the moment are quite attractive. So the results have been good, business outlook remains good, so definitely there is concern that some of these stocks haven't delivered the kind of price that one has seen on them. But if one is willing to wait for a year then it's a stock that one can reasonably hold on to."
