According to Sharmila Joshi, Head of Equity of Peerless Securities, one may hold ITC with a long term view.
Sharmila Joshi, Head of Equity of Peerless Securities told CNBC-TV18, "From a long term view I really wouldn't exit ITC because the set of Q1 numbers that it has had this quarter was fairly decent. Its non-cigarette business is growing very nicely which has been a focus area for the company."
"One can partially book profit. But if one has a reasonably long term view, then ITC is a portfolio stock for me," she said.
