Hemant Thukral not bullish on real estate space

Hemant Thukral , Asian Markets Securities is not bullish on real estate.

Thukral told CNBC-TV18, "I feel the way the rollovers are shaping up, real estate sector will continue to underperform in the next series also. This and telecom - you can add another one in it. So we are not at all bullish on real estate. You might see some spikes coming in between after DLF touches Rs 330, you might see it moving back up sharply on a rebound but that rebound have to be used to exit if you are stuck up with long positions or go fresh shorts. So we are not optimistic on real estate."
