Rahul Mohindar of Viratechindia is of the view that HDFC Bank has target of Rs 1850-1900.

Mohindar told CNBC-TV18, "I like two or three stocks in banking. I would look at HDFC Bank fairly good long term call. We kind of hit that Rs 1700 mark which is pretty good because that helped us stay clear a lot of short term resistances. My sense is we would hit levels like Rs 1850-1900 it is just the matter of time. You got to give it a couple of months. It is not one of those fast moving high betas so one has to be steady into it."

He futher added, " Kotak Mahindra Bank  is something I like. Dena Bank again but all of these have to be looked for upward time frames because the market looks a bit venerable. The bank Nifty looks a bit venerable so I would not look at these stocks short-term. I would certainly look at all these three counters with a 3-6 month horizon and I think the pay off should be pretty reasonably good."
