Expect 25-30% return in KSB Pumps , says Phani Sekhar of Angel Broking.

Sekhar told CNBC-TV18, "KSB Pumps will benefit a lot from the governments thrust for rural infrastructure and recovery in industrial capex. It's a prominent player in pumps and valve segment and has a prominent position especially in water pumps."

He further added, "The topline was lackluster in the last six to nine months because of the slowdown in the orderbook growth. But that situation is slowly getting rectified with more and more orders likely to come in the company's way in the next six to nine months which will translate into numbers in the calendar year 2010 and based on that the valuations look very interesting."

"It is available at hardly ten times one year forward earnings, which is again at the historical lower end of the PE band. So, there is a good amount of wealth to be made in a relatively risk free manner by the long term investors. One can expect a 25-30% return from a long term perspective."
