Expect 20% upside in Ipca Laboratories , says Ranjit Kapadia , VP-Institutional Research, HDFC Securities.

Kapadia told CNBC-TV18, "In the domestic market Ipca Laboratories is growing more than 20%, so that is a decent growth as compared to the market growth of 12%. They manufacture both API and formulations. In the US market also and in Europe they are supplying API to generic manufacturers and this is going to be a good upside for them. The API business is going to flourish and plus they have filed 14 ANDA in the US FDA though they are late entrants in the game but they have got nine approvals. They will be putting the products and Ranbaxy will be the core marketing the products for them. Currently the stock is trading 10 times the current year and I see about 20% appreciations from this level."
