Exit SEL Manufacturing, says D Mehta

Dipan Mehta, Member, BSE/NSE advices to exit from SEL Manufacturing. Analyst has negative view on the stock. Lot of it is dependent on exports directly - indirectly. So if the rupee were to strengthen then that too would impact profit margin.

Dipan Mehta , Member, BSE/NSE advices to exit from  SEL Manufacturing .

Mehta told CNBC-TV18, "SEL Manufacturing is a recent listing and the June quarter results were quite exceptional for the company. But we are not very positive on the industry in which it operates that's being textiles, garments and related products. So therefore my advice would be to exit out of this stock at these levels. Lot of it is dependent on exports directly - indirectly. So if the rupee were to strengthen then that too would impact profit margin. So our view is negative on the stock."
