Sukhani told CNBC-TV18, "I would not touch BPL under any circumstances. There is a small rally today and that can be used to exit if you by chance own the stock.”


BPL has touched an intraday high of Rs 42.25 and an intraday low of Rs 40.50. At 12:33 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 41.20, up Rs 1.25, or 3.13%.


The company touched its 52 week high Rs 46.50 and 52 week low Rs 17.12 on 19 Nov, 2009 and 23 Mar, 2009, respectively. Currently, it is trading -11.4% below its 52-week high and 140.65% above its 52-week low. Market capitalisation stands at Rs 199.86 crore.


 The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 0.44 per share. The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 93.64. The latest book value of the company is Rs 13.95 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 2.95.
