Dutt told CNBC-TV18, "There have been developments in the recent past in India Foils in terms of M&A, and takeover activity and that is the reason it is buzzing. Barring that I don't see any reason to remain invested in it. Fundamentally, it doesn't warrant any investment, or holding on the stock."
