Rahul Mohindar of Viratechindia is of the view that cement is a safer sector compare to other from both trading and investment perspectives.

Mohindar told CNBC-TV18,  "I think clearly cements is a space, which is bottoming out with limited downsides. I think that is one part of the market, which has really not participated in a big kind of an upmove. If we look at the last two-three week kind of trades, which the Reliance pack has made or even the technology stocks have made, I do not think that kind of a dash is yet to come in the cement stocks. I am seeing signs that possibly if one is an investor into these or even for that matter looking at three-four week type trading type position I would recommend looking at India Cements , I would recommend looking at ACC ; Ambuja Cements does not catch the eye all that much though but I think cement is the sector I want to start nibbling into from both trading and investment perspectives relatively safer to several other sectors that you can find in the market right now."
