Ambareesh Baliga of Karvy Stock Broking is of the view that one can buy XL Telecom at lower levels.
Baliga told CNBC-TV18, "The management of XL Telecom is saying if one is looking at Rs 18 EPS for FY07 it makes a decent buy at lower levels, it has already fallen below the issue price. If it falls more from here one can take a try."
