Buy Tata Steel , says Amit Dalal of Amit Nalin Securities.

Dalal told CNBC-TV18, "Assuming that the price of steel will go up just like the rest of the commodities has gone up and already the capacity utilisation in the global markets has started improving that is in the case of ArcelorMittal or in Corus. I would say that if we had to take a call on a positive note for the steel prices then Tata Steel makes the best buy."
