One can buy DLF with a short term view, says Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com.

Sukhani told CNBC-TV18, "We have a long trade not only in IRB Infra but in most of the infrastructure stocks. There are a lot of good things, so we have had a lot of these good infra movements while the chart suggests that the moment should continue. I would suggest that traders who take a position now should be very careful. So IRB remains a buying opportunity but a lot of care should be taken, if it starts turning around don't wait."

He further added, "DLF is also a short-term buy. The key word here is short-term. Yesterday's rally has changed the picture of a lot of these momentum driven stocks. So it is quite possible that some of them will see follow-through maybe if the Nifty begins another up leg, we will also see more upside here. So DLF remains a short-term buy. Don't even think of carrying it for a long time, it's in a bear market but we have relief rallies, you can expect a target of Rs 195 or close by, so that's one for real estate."
