Buy Bharti Airtel on further declines, says Sajiv Dhawan , JV Capital Services.

Dhawan told CNBC-TV18, "In Bharti Airtel one can accumulate on all major declines - 5-10% with a medium to longer-term outlook. But the bad news is there for everyone to see, the price would get worst, there is a constant flow of bad news. So a bounce back of 3-4-5% from the lows, I do not think it provides much relief to most of the investors who are long on the stock."

He further added, "There is obviously a lot of shorting; they got decent profit. So maybe a short covering from traders or speculators who feel that the stock have been a bit oversold in the short-term and at some stage sentiment will turn; you are going to see some dent in the profitability and the red news over the next couple of quarters. But company like Bharti, I think is well positioned enough to come out of this. So we would continue to buy on any further decline in this stock."
