Book profit in Larsen and Toubro (L&T), says Sudarshan Sukhani, s2analytics.com.
Sukhani told CNBC-TV18, "Larsen and Toubro (L&T) has touched Rs 1300 which was a target for it and now all the stocks today are moving up without a worry for tomorrow. So L&T is in that group. I don't see big up moves now possible in L&T. The area between Rs 1300- 1450 is filled with resistance. So the best case scenario for the stock can be that it will take a rest here and not fall down but that's not enough for buying. So my suggestion would be take profits on it, you will get small dips if not large ones."
The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 65.12 per share. (Dec, 2011). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 20.73. The latest book value of the company is Rs 350.68 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 3.85. The dividend yield of the company was 1.07%.
