Mehraboon Irani of Darashaw and Company is of the view that Bharti Airtel is a wealth creator.
Irani told CNBC-TV18, "We have been very positive on Bharti Airtel as a stock and that is one of the stocks, which I always mentioned as a wealth creator. I think it has the robust subscriber growth, exponential revenue growth besides possibly the unlocking of the value from the tower business, which accordingly to our calculation should be around Rs 150-180 per share but the stock, at the moment, is a little bit too stretched and too expensive. So if a person is looking for more short-term angle maybe for the next six-nine months, I think one may get it at a little lower rate where possibly maybe around Rs 700-725 would be a good level to enter. But investors who have invested in this stock and who believe in a long-term, I think Bharti has a long way to go. So even if there is a correction for about 10%-15% of the stock price, which can affect short-term investors but for the long-term investors, their belief in this stock, will hold true but at the moment for the time being, in the short run, this stock looks a bit expensive."
