P Phani Sekhar, Fund Manager of Angel Broking is of the view that one can ignore real estate and auto space.
Sekhar told CNBC-TV18, "We would like to ignore real estate and auto space at this time because the signals are positive from the monetary loosening and the fiscal stimulus. But there is a larger issue of consumer confidence and we donít think that has revived back because this is a year when consumers are going to face a situation of low, no or de-growth, so in such a scenario I donít think you can clearly bet on autos or real estate barring two wheelers because the rural demand is more resilient as compared to the urban demand."
