Apurva Shah, VP & HOR, Prabhudas Lilladher is neutral on banking space.
Shah told CNBC-TV18, "We will continue for some more time because there continues to remain some bit of gap between the valuations of the larger public sector banks versus the smaller ones. I think that gap is there and probably it will continue for some more time. But on the whole in general we remain neutral on this sector. We think that there is margin pressure that is going to be there for some more time at least one-two quarters before which things start once again looking up for the segment. So even though overall we remain neutral, there are some banks where there is some value catching up to do."
