Ravi Chadha of Prodigy Investment Management feels that Ansals, Ashiana Housing will be larger player in future.
Chadha told CNBC-TV18, "The retail and commercial construction space is not fully discounted. Their orders are relatively lower than the market cap. They have large land banks, which are not discounted. It is a secular play, which will run for quite a few years as long as the interest rate remains in single digit. The plays like Ansals, Ashiana Housing etc are smaller plays. But in times to come they will be much larger than what they are today."
