Accumulate Bharti Airtel, Idea Cellular: Sukhani

Sukhani told CNBC-TV18, “Bharti Airtel and Idea Cellular both looks bottomed out. The point is when a stock is bottoming out it doesn’t suddenly start moving up. What it does is it becomes choppy; it starts a process of something that we call accumulation. It goes up, sometimes it goes down.”

He further added, “The key here is to understand that if the stock is beginning a process of accumulation we just buy it whenever, we don’t short sell it. That now applies to Bharti and Idea. Whenever an opportunity comes we should be going long in it.”

“ Ranbaxy has been a favorite stock for going long. Every dip in this has been suggested as a buying opportunity. I would say that there is more upside here. You don’t buy it after a 5% gain you just watch it now and those who own it or hold it should continue to remain invested in it or remain as a holder. If there is a minor consolidation and it breaks out of that consolidation it becomes a buy again.”
