Hockey maybe the National Sport of India and money may finally be flowing in, but as last week player's standoff showed - very little has changed in the way the sport runs. As a result viewers on television are sporadic - scaring away potential sponsors.

In an interview with CNBC-TV18, noted sports columnist Ayaz Memon and Viren Rasquinha, former Indian Hockey Captain and COO, Olympic Gold Quest spoke about the dismal state of Indian hokey and the road ahead.
