The pitch: Angel investor vs newbie entrepreneur

Sanjay Bhasin recently switched sides from being in enterprise to promoting it. This angel investor, a member of the Indian Angel Network has funded four ventures and has a keen interest in ideas based on green technology.
48-year-old V Ramesh is an IIM-Bangalore alumni, a financial industry veteran and now a first time entrepreneur and he is looking for Rs 2 crore to seed fund his business venture Ecomove.
Traffic, crowds, interminable delays and pollution, Ramesh's Ecomove hopes to solve all these problems. Members of this point-to-point bicycle transport system will have to pay a deposit and an advance on the rent of Rs 10-15 for 2 hours of daily usage. Bikes will be accessed via multiple dock stations covering the city. Ramesh is targeting 8,500 members in the first year and 50,500 by end of year three. Currently his four member team consists entirely of advisors.
