In just two years he is chucked up a market share of almost 10%. He sells a million handsets a month. His revenue is Rs 1500 crore this fiscal. Pavithra YS, MD, Vindhya e-Infomedia: Our change agent this week is a young women all of 25, Pavithra YS has build a BPO with a difference. She started Vindhya in 2006 and she only employed the disabled. Today she has got a 175 people on her roads and she caters to clients like Wipro. He is a story of Vindhya and Pavithra YS.

Manoj Kothari, Founder & Director, Onio Design: On launch pad it is time for us to meet Manoj Kothari, an IIT, NID graduate who decided to start his own design company Onio Design in 1997. Since that he has made his mission all about simplifying our lives with his designs. He is generating revenue of Rs 2.5 crore. He has worked with more than 500 projects with clients like Godrej, Samsung and LG and even Microsoft. Here is the story of Onio Design.
