Rupee opens at Rs 46.53 per dollar

The Indian rupee opened at Rs 46.53 per dollar versus Rs 46.60 Friday.

Subramaniam Sharma, Greenback Forex said that, "The rupee might be slightly flat in early trade. Month-end demand and dollar buying is likely to impact sentiment. The range for the day is seen between 46.30-46.80/$."
