Rupee opens at Rs 46.36 per dollar

The Indian rupee opened at Rs 46.36 per dollar versus Rs 46.45 yesterday.

Vikram Nanivadekar, Verity Analytics said that, "The rupee is likely to strengthen today on dollar weakness and increase in risk appetite in global markets. The range for the day is seen between 46.10-46.40/$.
