According to RK Gurumurthi, ING Vysya Bank, the bonds are likely to be lackluster. Monday's Liquidity Adjustment Facility (LAF) surplus of Rs 1.3 lakh crore is a huge positive for short tenor bonds. The 10-year yield is seen between 6.95-7.05% today.
