Ranbaxy has declared its fourth quarter results. Its Q4 standalone net sales at Rs 993.32 crore versus Rs 1,005.85 crore, YoY. Its standalone net profit up at Rs 301.60 crore versus Rs 201.03 crore, YoY.

Speaking at a press conference, Malvinder Singh MD & CEO Ranbaxy Laboratories said that branded business in US grew by 37%. He added that the de-merger scheme for NDDR will be announced in 1st week of Feb whereas the patent settlement on USD I billion drug will be announced on Jan 21.
