Dr Reddys Laboratories has announced its second quarter results. The company's Q2 consolidated net profit was up 107% at Rs 217.3 crore versus Rs 105.3 crore. (As Per IFRS).

Dr Reddys Laboratories has announced its second quarter results. The company's Q2 consolidated net profit was up 107% at Rs 217.3 crore versus Rs 105.3 crore. (As Per IFRS).

Its consolidated net sales were up 14% at Rs 1836.8 crore versus Rs 1615.1 crore. (As Per IFRS).

Its operating income was up 44.31% at Rs 254.4 crore versus Rs 176.5 crore. (As Per IFRS)

EBIDTA (earning before interest, depreciation, tax and amortisation) improved on lower costs and better US base business.

Rationalising portfolio and better product mix boosted PAT, the company said.

Launched 5 new products in North America.
