Videocon Ind Q2 net profit at Rs 208cr

Videocon Industries has announced its second quarter results. The company's Q2 net profit was up at Rs 208 crore (Rs 2.08 billion) from Rs 201 crore (Rs 2.01 billion).

Its PBT reported at Rs 256 crore (Rs 2.56 billion) versus Rs 220 crore (Rs 2.20 billion).

The net sales were up at Rs 2,058 crore (Rs 20.58 billion) from Rs 1,644 crore (Rs 16.44 billion).

Videocon's tax provision stood at Rs 47.5 crore (Rs 475 million) versus Rs 19 crore (Rs 190 million).
