Motherson Sumi Systems Q4 cons PAT at Rs 196cr

Motherson Sumi Systems Limited reported 4 percent growth in net sales at Rs 6,599 crore against Rs 6,368 crore, in the same quarter last year.

Motherson Sumi Systems, the flagship company of the Samvardhana Motherson Group reported flat growth in the fourth quarter consolidated net profit at Rs 196 crore versus Rs 195 crore, a year ago.

Its January-March quarter consolidated net sales were up 4 percent at Rs 6,599 crore against Rs 6,368 crore, in the same quarter last year.

Its consolidated total income increased to Rs 6,676 crore compared with Rs 6,425 crore, Year-on-Year.

The company's consolidated EBITDA margin was at 8.7 percent versus 6.9 percent, Y-o-Y. Its tax expense more than doubled to Rs 136 crore from Rs 58.4 crore.
