Morarjee Realties Q1 net up at Rs 43.5cr

Morarjee Realties has announced its first quarter results. The company's Q1 net profit is up at Rs 43.5 crore (Rs 435 million) as against a loss of Rs 6.7 crore (Rs 67 million).

Its net sales are up at Rs 32.7 crore (Rs 327 million) from Rs 1.32 crore (Rs 13.2 million). Its extraordinary gain is at Rs 25.2 crore (Rs 252 million). Its EPS is at Rs 9.40 (excluding extraordinary) and at Rs 22.35 (including extraordinary).
