Below is a verbatim transcript of the interview. Also watch the video. Q: It was a fairly decent Q4 for you at Rs 70 crore sales and Rs 3.5 crore profit compared to the Rs 2.3 crore that you did a year ago. How will business shape up in FY11. Are you seeing an increase in terms of orders for component parts? A: Yes, keeping in view the existing demand from vehicles, even in the export market we are anticipating a growth of approximately more than 20% as compared to this financial year ended March 2010. Q: What will that mean in terms of revenue growth because your JV with Nippon Leakless is also having expanded production capacities which come into production in FY11? A: In the last year we commissioned two plants in Uttaranchal and one in Sitargunj for catering basically to market Bajaj Motors, Eicher Motors and our JV company one in Haridwara basically to cater to Hero Honda. Keeping in view their growth and projections for next year we are anticipating as against the net revenue of Rs 247 crore this year, we should cross Rs 300 crore approximately. Q: Is there any kind of revenue generation you are expecting from these new players who have entered into the Indian markets like Volkswagen, Ford, any kind of orders that you have got from them?
A: No, we are talking to them because Gasket is a component which will develop in the later stage because it is an engine part when the volumes go up in decent numbers then these parts are developed. Volkswagen is a new entry and the volumes are not very high. We are talking to them and Nissan for development, but the commercial production will take one-two years.
