Q: Take us through your quarter performance this time around, take us through how the business has looked. A: We see 2009 as a very significant year, the markets have been rewarding people who show value and punishing those who don't. We have had a lot of customer focus, we have been vertical zing our solutions making them meaningful to the industries that we sell them to and that's what you would see in the figures, the re-enforcement from our customers that we are adding value whether it is the hospitality segment, where we are focusing on enhancing the customer experience or whether it is banks and insurance. Q: So what about the next couple of quarters? Do you think you can do more than these Rs 10 crore that you have reported? A: That is a forward looking statement and I would just say that the trajectory is right and we will keep pace with the market inflection. Q: At your recent virtual partner conference what's really the response that you are getting in terms of your products and services and really the strategies going forward? A: We are trying to customize our solutions for the verticals and we are clearly seeing traction and we will continue to capitalize on that even going forward. Q: Just a quick comment on your latest product that is Avaya connects, what is the response you are getting from it? A: It's the Avaya Aura that we are going to talk about which you get a unified experience across all the different brands and across different platforms. We are seeing a lot of customer interest picking up because that helps them to integrate cross brands and make sure that the investments that they have made and we are getting good returns on that. Q: There is some talk that Reliance MF had told SEBI that Avaya should be delisted what your whole take on this situation is? A: We are not tracking that we are waiting for the response from SEBI and we will see it. Q: So you haven't got any response as of now? A: Not yet. Q: Do you have any final date on when this new product will be operational? A: The Avaya Aura is already being used by some trial customers in various parts of the world and we expect to see it in
