Mahindra and Mahindra , M&M is to declare its Q4 and FY07 numbers. According to CNBC-TV18 estimates, the company's net profit is expected to go up 53.3% to Rs 237.8 crore (Rs 2.37 billion) from Rs 155.1 crore (Rs 1.55 billion) (before extarordinaries) and net profit seen down 25.9% to Rs 237.8 crore from Rs 321.1 crore (Rs 3.21 billion) (includes Rs 167.5 crore on sale of MMFSL shares).

Net sales is seen going up 19.8% to Rs 2741 crore (Rs 27.41 billion) versus Rs 2288 crore (Rs 22.88 billion).

For FY07, the company is likely to post growth in net sales of 22.1% to Rs 10043.8 crore (Rs 100.43 billion) versus Rs 8222.68 crore (Rs 82.22 billion) and net profit up 24.9% to Rs 1070 crore (Rs 10.70 billion) versus Rs 857.1 crore (Rs 8.57 billion).
