HDFC Bank Q2 net profit seen up 24.74% to Rs 658.6 cr

HDFC Bank is set to announce its Q2FY10 results. According to CNBC-TV18 estimates, its net profit is expected to go up 24.74% to Rs 658.6 crore from Rs 527.98 crore, YoY.

Net interest income is seen going up 9.41% to Rs 2042.08 crore from Rs 1866.45 crore.

Q2 Expectations

Loan growth is likely to be muted due to a high base. NIM (net interest margin) is expected to be at 4.1% versus 4.2%. Non-interest income is expected to post 46% growth.
